Pivotal Engineering engaged on the Powder Leach Nickel Sulphate project to provide a discipline Lead to manage to completion the DCS design, configuration, testing and manage PCS commissioning.Our management scope included to ensure the alignment between engineering, commissioning, vendors and Nickel West stakeholder management.

Pivotal Engineering engaged on Neerabup groundwater scheme expansion project to provide a discipline Lead to manage the interface between the PCS Engineers, Water Corporation, GHD, Western Controls and other package vendors. resolve technical issues/clarifications and helping to identify and mitigate project risks associated with the Electrical and PCS works.
Pivotal Engineering engaged on the Lithium TLK LHPP1 project to provide a discipline Lead and PCS engineers for the LHPP1 process plant integrated commissioning team.Additional works included development of functional specifications for major plant areas, facilitation of vendor & operations configuration acceptance testing.
Pivotal Engineering engaged on the relocation of Mining Unit (MU22) to Jacinth requiring modifications to the PCS to remove the Ambrosia booster stations from the control sequences, also require mining unit Ethernet radios to be re-configured to work with the Jacinth comms tower.Works Include modification to PCS (PLC/SCADA) and Comms, also upgrade of solar panels and battery replacements.
